Low Carbon Europe is pleased to announce that it will be supporting the NHS Sustainability Day 2015 roadshows, at the London event on the 25th February 2015.

The event is hosted by Guys’ and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, and chaired by Bart’s Health Director of Estates and Facilities, Trevor Payne.

The focus of the NHS Sustainability Day will be to promote sustainable practices, demonstrating the wider benefits of reducing waste, saving water and carbon reduction, to communities and healthier lifestyles.

Gregory Barker MP, Minister for Energy and Climate Change, from the DECC will give the key note presentation, followed by policy talks from the Department of Health and NHS Property Services. A wide variety of organisations have been invited to participate in the event and they will showcase products, services and concepts that support sustainability.

Low Carbon Europe’s Managing Director, Darren Jones, commented ‘we have attended several of these events in the past and welcome the opportunity to exhibit again this year. We are committed to sustainability and want to share our success to help others contribute to a sustainable future’. Darren will be sharing a case study on strategic energy management in the afternoon session.
